Ipod Help?!

i just recently got an ipod from the states
and i was wondering if its ok to plug the ipod into the power points to charge or will something happen to it because we are on different inputs or whatever?
btw i live in australia

wouldnt you need an power adaptor? arent the holes different shapes and positions so you cant physically plug it in?

it should be okay with an adaptor...the adaptors make it ok to use in oz...im no expert tho

The adaptors generally should be ok. The USA use 110 volt outlets, and we use 240... I'm pretty sure that's what they use. I'm sure any USA - AUS adapter will be ok.
