Consumer Electronics Ipod question

My ipod has suddenly "frozen". It was almost fully charged, its like its frozen on a song; it wont skip the song, it wont go back to the menu.

Nor will it switch off.

So my question is, is it ****ed?

Yeah I found that after I posted the thread up.

Just had flashbacks to my last (and first) mp3 player, an iriver, was a piece of shit.

Beginning of the end I'm afraid. Mine started doing that, and within a few weeks it was dead.
