Ipod troubles need help

Hello I have an ipod classic 80gb and its got to dead flat. Everytime i go to charge it comes up charging but it doesnt charge. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Battery may have died, if it's under warranty I'd go through whoever you bought it from.
