Seems to have received very little attention but Andrew Ireland will remain our CEO. He has done a great job in my eyes to build a strong and consistent club and the financial position of our club also seems strong.

One thing I particularly like is that for a football man he appears not to interfere in the running of the football dept.

Never get the sense that there is micro-management around the place. Define roles, appoint the best people and let them get on with it.

Yes, continuity is a wonderful thing, just don't lose Kinnear Beatson and the scouts that picked out our 2009 draft/trade targets. Strong in the admin often translates to strong on the field
