NRL won't get front page tomorrow in Melbourne while AFL did today in Sydney.

I don't even think the Storm would get front page even if they won the grand final.

Are things really that bad? You read about these things, but but it takes some believing.

I don't know about that. They had excellent coverage in 1999, front page, back page etc. The Age, will of course, pretend the game is no bigger than the local bowls GF.

The storm deserve so much better i get annoyed that the melbourne media don't give 2 hoots about the storm. Why is that is it because there insecure that rugby league IS A BETTER PRODUCT?

It's not trolling. By any honest assessment, you'd have to say that Victoria is not focused on the NRL grand final.

But they are taking more notice this year than any other, it's a start.

Plus we still have the whole week to go to build up more, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Swans and Storm on each others footy show this week.
