that we are 6 weeks away from trade period and we have no list manager?
Who is in charge of delistings, contract negotions, trades at the moment etc etc.
As of Monday we should be talking to players from other clubs who have not made finals perfect example Rob Warnock, Mundy etc, who is going to this?
Love him or hate him, Miller was always active, he did make some errors, (Jordan) but some wins in Mitch Morton but at least we worked hard over this period.
With the rejection of Pelchin and Richardson - how far has that put us behind other clubs.
I dont think Wallace should be doing trades for us or undertake contract talks.
Craig Cameron & Frances Jackson are recruiters, my understanding is they are not list managers ? Am I wrong? IF they get involved in list management will that neglect there ability to watch kids across the country.

i dont think there is much cause for concern delids! i was under the impression even when Miller was here that we were not going to be very active during trade week this year. i think they will only trade if they get an offer that is too good to refuse. i just hope there is someone looking over the recruitment for the draft as i think thats where all our attention will be focused.

Not concerned. The new role at Tigerland is for a Football Manager, not necessarily a List Manager.

Although our full-time recruiting staff will be involved in list management, I wouldn't worry about them not overseeing the young talent around the country full time... this is the job over the literally dozens of scouting staff spread out all over the country.

If we can get ourselves a Matt Bate, Nathan Jones, Colin Garland and Petterd I would be pretty happy. Biggest worry is he hasn't recruited any real noteable young KPP's

He also has had a bit of luck with the rookie list picking up a couple of likely types in Wonamerri and Valenti last year

Get a frikin life. Who else was picked after JON that has been good?
Just one - Cameron Stokes but he was pick up in mid 60's so who would've picked him up at number 9?

The more I think about it the better off we would be to gain no-one from this years trade talks, this years draft has been touted for some time, like 5-6 years, as the best ever, given last years was consider just and 2009,2010 touted as ordinary, this is the year we need to have our greatest amount of picks within the draft, a rnd 3 this year may well be similar to a round 1 selection next year. Futhermore I still haven't seen any player who is rumoured to be on the move that provides good value.

Jordan McMahon was NOT a mistake ... when he's hot .... the tigers have been un stoppable ..... fair enough he's had some bad days ..... but he's had more good games than bad ones ...
