I saw Peter Bell playing in the centre square today, probably because no one else can win a clearance. The forward and backlines look good, but our midfield is crap.

Let's see some young players next week. We must have one of the oldest 22s in the league at the moment.

I'd like to see Ibbo and Palmer playing too, but it's highly unlikely that they'll be better clearance players than Bell before 2010.

My point is that if we're still relying on Belly to win a clearance, which we were at times today, then we're in trouble this year.
