I have a feeling due to some big names allready up for trade, this years trade week will be alot more interesting than the last few.

We speak and we hear about Miller and his ability to get the job done, IMO he has not done a great job nor a bad job at his time at Tigerland (Fev in yellow and black would have been nice, but alas I digest).

But if he can't get the job done this year and bring us the goods I think it would be some what apparent that Miller is Tarrantised (held in higer esteem that what he can actually do) and that my friends is not a good thing.

So in summary I want to see the big names and the big moves Mr. Miller and not a Friday arvo speech on fax machines and your inability to tell the time.

GET IT DONE

We don't need anyone over 22, 24+ max.

We are along way off, still a good few years away.

Melbourne or the Doggies would need a Aka type much more than we do because they are round abouts now.

Get it done? Yes, but the like of Thornton or Polak who will be still have lots of good footy when the Deledio-aged-kids are comming into their best footy.

With ya Bents not suggesting that we should get Aka or Spida, don't want them. But with those two allready tipped to go I think it will lead to alot more players going up.

Thorton he's the one we should get, maybe not the natural skills or potential of Polak but at least he seems to want to play the game.

Miller should not be judged on what he does (or doesnt do) at the trade table. Apart from Brown, he hasnt done anything of late... and has it hurt the club? NO!

Our policy of youth and speed is working great, so why change tactics? We arent in the hunt for a premiership in 2007, so why invest in a third string rubbish defender?

Couldnt give a damn if we dont trade at all, in fact it will worry me if we do - ie. what it will eventually cost us. :thumbsu:

Great post. :thumbsu: I'm also more worried about us giving away any draft picks that we currently have. We need patience, not any more quick-fixes. Keep all our picks and if we can somehow, trade a player or two to obtain more picks.

GO TIGES!!!
