Thank God the CRICKET season is nearly over.We can get rid of the CHEATS,get rid of the WIMPS and get on with some FOOTBALL (Aussie rules) It has been a long summer,and now we can start argueing about the FOOTY.

Dont care about Rugby League....its a game for pansies.....the only game in the world that goes backward to go forward and the only game in the world that has 12 guys in the middle of a football field,talking about their sex life and held togther by a HOOKER.....it that football??????

When the season starts in the last weekend in March, i'm ready to talk exclusively about footy, but that's still over a month away, so i'm going to discuss cricket.

The Aussies are now off to South Africa to play three tests and a one day series. So cricket will be around for a long time yet! Then of course there is the excitement of our visit to Zimbabwe. We will be playing two tests and one dayers against the might of the Zimbos. Cricket will be around until early May, enjoy...

I like both, so I am glad I have Foxtel to watch the cricket and to watch the footy...

I am ready to talk footy now. I can't wait. This Friday, I will be going to the footy, because of the intra-club matches that are taking place. Last night at Jackson Reserve Coburg, I watched the Coburg VFL club have an intra-club practice match. They played 2 quarters that both went for 15 minutes. Great to see the footy so early in the year.

I enjoy Cricket, but I don't love it with a passion. I love footy with a passion, and footy will always come before Cricket. If footy was on every weekend of the year, I would not be watching too much Cricket, because I would always be at the footy.
