It's a tough one isn't it... we applauded him when he did well for us.. and was irritated by him when he sulked for us...

Now he's not our problem, but as a human you have to worry about him...

His gambling addiction is public... his wife and 3 kids have left him AGAIN! (Alex has moved back to Melbourne)... in his personal life the guy is broke.. has no family support around him anymore.. and probably his best mates are all from melbourne (how many close mates could he have made in brisbane the last couple of months). If he's put on weight it'd be more from the burden and lonliness he has brought upon himself... and to be honest I would not be surprised if he's one of the players just recently been put on 2 drug strikes.

As people we should be concerned, for to me it looks like a human who has at times brought so much joy to people as a footballer and also done a lot for kids in his own time looks like he's about to seriously self-destruct.

I just think the over-blokiness of Brown/Voss with their harden the "f" up mentality is in fact the worst place for him to be right now.

I just hope the AFL/Lions are giving this poor bloke some serious counselling and help.

On the football side of things... Brisbane have lost a KPP in Henderson, pick 12, if they picked Lucas another good midfielder to form a young future nucleus with Rich... and they irked off Bradshaw.. and by the whispers Rischitelli will move on to GC17. And if Fev goes the way I think he's going... he might not be a player or much use to them in the near future.

By the trade we've done well... but I sure as hell hope our club is at least behind the scenes keeping tabs on Fev (as we'd still know him best) to ensure he's personally holding up alright.

Milne got a -1 against Port Adelaide earlier this year. That's the lowest I've seen.

Lucas got a -1 this week, not good for a cash cow.
