The Jack Clarke Medal was held last night at Subiaco Oval.

Aaron Elari from Perth won with 46 votes, beating Harley Bennell from Peel with 42 and team mate, Cameron Kickett.

It was a thrilling count overall with Bennell leading most of the way until Elari took over by 1 vote in round 22. With Bennell playing league in round 23, the medal was secure for the small inside midfielder.

The team of the year was also announced

I have no idea who will win in 2010 but I am just looking at some of the players in here who should get drafted this year.

Aaron Elari (the winner) overlooked last year but I expect him to get drafted this year. He has shown he can mis it with the big boys.

Aaron Black (West Perth) Am I right when I say he is still playing colts footy? Rookie listed at the very least.

Cameron Kickett (dont know him ) Share his stroy someone

Kieran Butcher (Peel) Haven't seen him play but from reports he has slide a little bit from last year but he is playing regular league footy and should be selected in the national draft.

Garlett and Collica are chances as well both named in last years midfield that got over looked
