Now that the national draft is over, just wondering if there was any information on the clubs plans to pick him up? I see that he is training with us at the moment.....

I would really like to rookie list him. He's got a lot of talent, and definite leadership potential.

Would be a nice piece to add to a budding young backline of Maxwell, Anthony and Stanley - some real grunt there.

Yeah, thats what I thought. It's fair to say anyone who saw him play this year would want him on our rookie list, I was just wondering if the club had given any indiaction or if someone had any inside knowledge. The fact that he is training with us is a good sign, but not a concrete indication either way.

He trained with us last year as well, and apparently did pretty well, but we only had two rookie places last year, and opted to go with Davies and O'Brien.

This year we have three places on the rookie list along with an additional spot to fill on our senior list, so I'd say he's a bigger chance to get a shot than most.

i rekon id prefer jackson over campo, but i reckon we will go for another young mid at pick 2 and leave barling for the rookie draft.
