How the heck was Jackson dropped in favour of Moore. I thought Jacko had done enough to warrant at least a one year contract extension. Moore has had his chance , it worries me that in R21 they may still be undecided on his type.

I think/Hope that Jackson is safe.
Maybe they are just giving Moore a final fling to try and save his Career

It could also be a case that they want Jackson available for the Coburg finals campaign in which case he has to play there this week and next.
He can not play any more senior games or he won't qualify.

i hope its not for the above reason it be great for the kid to play in front of a packed house and see how he goes rather then in some dump of an oval in the vfl finals.

Daniel Jackson gets the nod for his performance last Saturday night . . .

Dan started quite well in his match-up against Matt Rosa in the first quarter. By quarter-time, he had taken four marks and looked set for a pretty big game.

We had set Nathan Foley to take Daniel Kerr, and for those watching at home on television, we were extremely disappointed the Channel Ten commentary team didn’t pick up that Nathan was almost knocked unconscious in the first quarter. Therefore, they couldn’t understand why he was coming on and off the ground. Unfortunately, with Nathan set for Kerr, the gun West Coast midfielder got out of control, while ‘Axel’ was trying to get his faculties back . That’s when we had to turn to Daniel Jackson to try to curb the impact Kerr was having on the game. ‘Jacko’ was able to do that, which gave us an opportunity to win the match. Unfortunately, when that opportunity came, our kicking was astray. But that’s why I thought Jacko was our unsung hero on the night.

This will be the best weekend ever... Coburg will dominate today then Richmond will win one of the matches of the year tomorrow!

Terry Wallace wants his youngsters to have a winning habit.

If Daniel Jackson wins a premiership this year (along with a bunch of other young Tiges) it will be one of the greatest things that has happened to our culture in years.

He was dropped and given the goal "try and win a flag with your teammates".

Its just when I saw his face, I thought "I knew this guy" then I thought "thats Daniel Jackson" then he walked infront, then pulled out the Richmond jumper which almost assured me it was him.

He was pretty big and built, so I thought it couldnt be anyone else.

I hope so. Only logical explanation. Moore is possibly the worst player to pull on a yellow and black jersey in the past two years....and that is saying something. Has shown absolutely nothing.

On another note, I really don't see what value there is in dropping Connors. Let the boy play! Okay a little quiet last week, but had been very good up til that point!

Jackson has not been on yet so he is clearly playing in the seniors tomorrow. He needed to play today to qualify for Coburg finals. Would expect Jackson in Moore out.
