Seems they were working extremely hard on their mental toughness not just being physically ready. This made me laugh though.

King did not see the Hartlett-Howat collision, but it is believed some Richmond players say they witnessed Hartlett elbowing Howat in the head behind play

Didn't see it, but still got in Hartlett's face over it.

And then this part made me smile

Good article. After that training session, it makes Kane Jonhnson look like an even bigger tool for spraying the cop shop. Maybe it was his revenge?
