I'm not saying drop him?! If we had better players out I would but we don't. This is the Aish thread and I said where is he at? I can't see him play on a wing because we have better options there... he needs to re-invent himself into a small forward or rebounding defender for this season imo

Cmon Dave, i reckon most of those at the game wouldn't have even known he was playing.

He has no influence or presence whatsoever. He runs hard to defend, I'll give him that but his possessions don't hurt the opposition one bit.

He needs to find way more of the footy.

Well he is ahead of where he was last year when he Struggled to get 5 Touches.

His touches don't have High Hurt Factor but at least he does not turn it over much

And Dropping and Brining Back up is not good. Give him more then 1-2 or Weeks

He was far from our worst player last week, doubt he will make way for others when the team is crying out for good ball uses. WHE played forward in the last quarter, could turn out to be a permanent option. Aish can play as an inside or outside mid that makes good decisions with the ball. Best 22 without a doubt for me!

Nope. Aish's first 5 games at Collingwood was on the forward flank and he got no where near it. So much so he got demoted to vfl. Its only when he came back in the 2nd half of the season and played as a winger in which he showed some form.

We could afford to carry some passengers during that era, as we were regular finals contenders.

Up to the coaches to bring it out of him. He seems to work hard, so that's a good start. Looks to me like a confidence player. When he started stringing good games together last year he looked really good.

Well I have little Trust in our Coaches doing anything Correctly at the Moment

He at the start of last year and couldn't get a touch. If he's playing up forward it should only be because he's resting from the midfield.

There were a couple of occasions where Aish received a handball and just hacked it on the boot. He needed to hold onto it for a second longer and drop punt it or hand pass it to a player on the run. Other than that I didn't really have a problem with him.

Last 10 games last year we were all raving about him, the guy has more natural ability than most on the list, too good not to come good.

Two wrongs don't make a right Aish in those situations had time and space to do otherwise. For someone who is usually composed it was annoying.

Hopefully more GameTime that will improve. At least Aish shows he can do better and imporve
