Future AFL CEO?

IMO, he's the best candidate, SHOULD the position become vacant in the not too distant future.

Thoughts?

The main advantage he would have is that he is fresh out of the game and can make decisions better based on what the current footy players view the game. Not to mention he might actually listen to the fans.

The CEO doesn't run the game, the Commission do. Demetriou is at the behest of Fitzpatrick etc.
