James Hird's Brownlow chances?

Hey Fellas!

Just want to know Bomber supporters thoughts on James Hird's chance on winning the brownlow medal this year.....

How many votes he's up to now?
How many games he's missed?
Any suspensions? (Don't think so?)
Can he win it?

Just your eduacted opinion will be fine.

If someone has some stats that they could throw up...like possies, possible vote games so far, etc.... it would be most appreciated!

I reckon he would be on about 10 votes so he would have to finish on fire.

I reckon he's on about 16-17 votes.
Always under the umpires nose, and had a few rip snorters at the start of the year.
Consistently in our best.

Rnd 3 vs WCE- 3 or 2, Lloyd may get 3 with 8 goals
Rnd 4 vs Carl- none, McPhee best
Rnd 5 vs Coll- BOG 3 votes
Rnd 6 vs Syd- Probably 3
Rnd 7 vs WB- Votes unlikley, 1 maybe
Rnd 8 vs Adel- injured early no votes
Rnd 9 vs Gerel- DNP
Rnd 10 vs Freo- maybe 1 or 2, McPhee best
Rnd 11 vs Haw- No votes, Lloyd 3
Rnd 12 vs Bris - No votes, all Lions
Rnd 13 vs Melb- Maybe 1 , our best
Rnd 14 vs Nth- None - very quiet
Rnd 15 vs Rich- None inj early, LLoyd 3
Rnd 16 vs WCE- DNP
Rnd 17 vs STK- DNP

So that means at best 15 but most likely about 10-12.

he was ripping it up at that adelaide game as well...would have surely polled votes if he hadnt got injured...

that injury ruined his chances for the brownlow...he was hitting top gear at that time...

I'd say around 10 votes by now. There are plenty of others, a couple even Essendon players who would be ahead of him at the moment.
