Honestly though of course a first year coach gets laid less than an experienced coach.
It would be negligent to pay him the same.

Why is he getting paid significantly less? That's pretty insulting
Lol now im imagining a government style ASO level for Port coaches. He’s only on a step-daddy salary. Will increase once he becomes their real daddy.
Just saw it and edited it lol
He's so splitting the $400K with Jordy as a tax dodge.Deferred payment from cuts he took in the Covid years. Technically it's money he would have been paid anyway.
I always wondered if the club employing Jordy in the first place was income splitting. But then again finding someone as qualified and experienced as Jordy would have been near on impossible so likely a legitimate hire. He's so splitting the $400K with Jordy as a tax dodge.
I always thought he took a lower wage and our agreement was if he did that we would not be able to sack or replace him. Which sounded like a money for tenure play. But we end up giving him the money later anyway. So we just guaranteed him tenure for no monetary gain in the long run.Deferred payment from cuts he took in the Covid years. Yes, I’m not aware of any organisation of consequence with a similar arrangement for senior executives. Particularly still in effect 5 years on.I always thought he took a lower wage and our agreement was if he did that we would not be able to sack or replace him. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong
Probably unless he does another three-peat.I wonder if that means Schofield is done with AFL
Ken being Ken and his "tactics" costing Port the game in the first 10 minutes of 2021 Preliminary Finals.Schoey wept, for there were no Kens to bash
