I think he was a product of the 2001 draft - the strongest ever.

Hard to say.......... on form to date a late first rounder perhaps ????

Saying that, he may still trump many more highly fancied picks from that draft.

I'm wondering where Karl Norman would have gone in the draft had he played in the under 18 TAC competition instead of playing senior footy for Wang Rovers.

Jarred Waite - late first to early second round. We must remember though that he didn't set the world on fire in his first year and there was some talk of delisting him. How true this was I'm not sure.

if waite doesnt profrom in 2005, he will be great trade bait for the blues!!

I assume that was sarcastic cause if he had a bad season, provided on what he has done so far for us (and not potential), he wouldn't be worth much at all.

Most recruiters rated Jarrad around the third to fourth round.
He didnt do a lot at the Bushrangers and struggled to make a position his own.
He played mainly wing but didnt win a lot of ball.

His ability to put on muscle has seen his development accelerate.
Jarrad admits that Ross Lyon helped him focus on his footy as he was going nowhere.
He is an exciting prospect but he still has a lot of work to do. His disposal is very average.
