Here's an idea why don't we go after a football director who has had the MOST runs on the board in the fifteen years:Jason Dunstall . Three year contract blank cheque.

Pros: Already did it at Hawthorn

Na **** that. He would be no different to what the Club has now. Looking all tough and scary, people thinking he's taking names and kicking arse and then it turns out it's his Mum doing all the work.

Totally agree with this.
Surely the Tigers for somebody with a big set of Kahuna's and belief in themselves would ba an attractive prospect.
The person who gets it right and breaks the cycle of failure to finally return the tigers to being a successful powerhouse again would go down in the AFL annals of history.
The person with that personality is the right candidate as it means they have the belief and can change the culture.
I would be all for Piggy as when he has his football department hat on he is uncompromising which is what we need.
It's all about culture.
Won't happen though.

Surely there's got to be other people out there that can follow the same steps, implement the same policies, and make the same tough calls that Dunstal did over 10 years ago. Geez can't be rocket science, get the bleepin blueprint for success and implement it.
