He didnot elaborate in which draft he would be picked up in but he did say that the swans have been talking to him since the start of the year. I can guarentee you that he will be a great player for you guys. He does have a sort of an ego but that's something you swannies are always able to fix.

Played with him for 2 years down at our junior club and went to skool with for 5 years and he is a great player. Played CHB,Ruck, Ruck Rover, CHF and FF in our under 17's days. The boy can play and has a massive tank on him and i hope he does make it at your club because he deserves it.

Not this year mate, but he did say next year unless something goes horribly wrong.


I don't know what possie his currently playing now because i have moved on from the club we played with and so has he. Like i said he can play any of those positions i have mentioned. But he is playing with the Northern Knights.

Why is he so certain he is going to the Swans? If he is going into the national draft any team can pick him up.

The only way we could do that is if he was a father/son selection or a scholarship holder.
He is certainly not the latter and no player by the name of Lago has ever played for SM/Syd.

There's simply no way the Swans - or any other AFL club - would ever 'guarantee' a spot on the list a year beforehand. Sorry, but your mate is telling stories.

When exactly did he play for the Northern Knights he wasnt on either of their U18 or U16 lists in 2007 so I'm not sure where he even plays.
