From a female perspective I think its somewhat natural to get jealous in that type of situation... Something to do with the saying 'you want what you can't have' so if your bestmate gets with that chick their is some self-talk about what-ifs, and even a change in your own friendship with him.... I'd be a tad jealous in the same situation too i reckons...
