A fair way from the seniors at the moment. They've been trying him in the midfield in the reserves and it hasn't clicked for young Jedward. He might have to go back to his strengths and play as a genuine forward to recapture some form and confidence.

Cheers Grim, just remember the "freakish" reports about him when we drafted him..hope he can fulfill them

I was disappointed with him on the weekend.

This is what I wrote in the reserves thread;
A first round draft pick, second year in the system, but never stamped any authority on the game and didn't even provide a cameo that made me think he was worthy of pick #21.

I would have thought at this stage one of the guys he would be vying for a spot (in the seniors) with is Morton. Yesterday Morton was everything I hoped Lamb would be. It was as if Morton realised early on the opposition wasn't very good and decided to really apply himself and subsequently had a day out.

Lamb just never impacted the game. Really disappointed, given the opportunities yesterday's game presented him. I hope there are contributing factors to, what appears to be his current malaise (eg homesickness), because otherwise he may on his performances to date end up being a draft bust.

And Jack Darling was sitting there at pick 21.

Parker at pick 40 makes up for it.

He had some really awesome games last year
one game down in canberra against the tigers he killed it and then go injured
against GWS a few weeks back in the practice match i thought he looked good

i think Grim is right push him forward and he'll be fine he does have pace though

I like him
