Meanwhile Simpson confirmed that youngsters Liam Ryan, Daniel Venables and recruit Brendon Ah Chee will be selected to play against Port Adelaide in West Coast’s JLT Community Series opener.

Jake Waterman will be given a chance in attack and Scott Lycett will lead the ruck against the Power. West Coast will name a thirty man squad later today.
