Job interviews can be one of the most stressful and intimidating experiences. Most of the job interviews I have been on involved a panel of 3 or 4 people. The main thing to remember is to stay calm, answer the questions as honestly as you can, and sell yourself without coming across as over confident.
I have also been on the other side of the fence and been a member of the interview panel on a few occasions too. Being a part of an interview panel has given me a good idea of what prospective employees look for during an interview. Body language can be a dead give away as to how sincere and honest you are during an interview. Direct eye contact when you are answering a question or speaking to the interviewer is a big plus and you will also be judged on appearance and confidence.
But after the interviews, during the selection process, is when the panel will pull your performance apart. Just be glad you are never there to hear what they say.
