Now, enough of that.
Jobe spoke at my school assembly today and he was exceptional. Absolutely brilliant. Said some of the best things I had heard in my life and completely dismissed the block-headed football notion. He was intelligent, funny, confident and left the entire assembly inspired to basically wreak havoc.
Just seemed like a really good, honest bloke.

good to hear... i still am unsure about the jobe omission.... he probably does need it to get some confidence back in his kicking, however even though his kicking is poor he is exceptional in the clearences. probably need him against the hawks. i think pretty much this game is going to rest on the form of JJ, JJ will be our most prominant ball getter now. he will be the one who will generate the clearences. hopefully he is in form

He got over 30 possies... last year when we won by a point.....

And especially against a team like Hawthorn.. with Mitchel, Hodge and Lewis winning the clearances.

Accoridng to the age Lloyd will miss so wato or houli will come in.

Heff should be right. 50/50 to who comes in out of Houli and Jobe. You can see why they both would be picked

Incorrect, they recieve clearences from Mitchell.

Anyway, I really didnt want Jobe to be dropped. IMO, he is our 2nd best midfielder behind Stants. His kicking mightnt be the best, but if you look at guys like West and Rob Harvey, both champions and neither of them have great kicks. They have worked at it over time and got better. I dont recall either of them being dropped to the two's due to a few stray kicks.
