Has improved outta sight. His disposal is very good now and shows total committment at attacking the footy. Something the other 17 guys on the field lack.

Joel is a natural leader for this club he loves the club.
Some of his kicks go nowhere but u have to have someone to kick it to,at least he kicks it long and quick,who else can do his job Chaffey?

finally joel has had a year that lives up to his hype. well done joel keep it up and we (that is true tiger supporters) look forward to more of the same in the coming years.

i was anti joel for a long time but i am prepared to say he has turned the corner, well done joel...keep him he came out in a very professional way and backed the club publicly whne we were down and i believed that swayed wallace in his decision to come....joel will play another 5 years and be a true leader

Bowden has saved his career dramatically. Pettifer and Rodan have as well but havent improved as much as Joel but they are young. Hall has improved too, he was crap and is now playing alright footy. Chaff & Gas have had a bad year like the whole team, so they will stay for sure

Credit where credit is due , JB has had is best year for the club and deserves B&F. He has been one of the very few this year who has actually had some composure .
Funny though , it only took them 10 years to work out where to play him and it took Frawley to do it ????????????................. Go figure
