Toast John Longmire - telling it like it is

For me one of the best parts of the night came right at the close of the presser when quite openly and with no emotion or fuss Longmire confirmed he rejected any association with the Australian team because of Eddie.

When you juxtapose this against the hyperventilation of Eddie you can tell where the class lies. Eddie couldn't wait to make it public and spin it for his own and consequently Collingwoods purpose. Horse is happy to let private dealings be that.

Whatever you think of Longmire you got to admit he has style and a set principles he will stick to. And he won't lie on the important subjects.

Well done Horse. Stick it to that over exposed poseur and meddler.

Longmire & the whole club know exactly what Eddie is trying to do with all his attacks on us & why he is doing it.

By knocking back this role, Horse & the club is sending a clear message to the AFL hierarchy that the Swans are the competitions true vehicle to success in a non AFL state, which happens to be the biggest state in the country.

Eddie knows that we are fast becoming the most popular sporting club in the country & with the addition of Buddy, the marketing of the Sydney Swans Football club will accelerate aggressively in these next few years.

And he has learnt from his mistakes which happened earlier in the year like the Collingwood game where we dropped Laidler(why?) and played only 6 defenders forcing Reid to go back and exposing Franklin 2 on 1 with Maxwell being the loose, oh and Bird was the sub...

Don't forget Horse is only into his 4th year and seems to be a quick learner and constantly evolving the way he has added players into our midfield rotation so we dont suffer the same fate as 2013 has been genius along with challenging McGlynn and changing Jetta role is all attributed to Longmire and the players buying into it.

One thing can be said about horse, he is not afraid to take risks, some pay off and some don't, however he has revolutionised our game and gets the most out of our players

Sam Newman on the AFL Footy show was quite scathing toward Longmire last week when hearing this but in my opinion Sam needs to pull his head in. Eddie Mcguire is a spoiled egotistical Collingwood brat backed up by faceless yes men pushing their own agendas. His snide comments about Sydney, the Cola, the Swans academy and the racist jibe toward Adam Good Last year shows what kind of Low life this guy really is.

In short Eddie Mcguire is a w***er. Even his excuse calling his racist remake being just a slip of the tongue shows his inner most thoughts. It's like a drunk speaking the truth while intoxicated and then denying everything while sober and blaming his actions on alcohol the very next day.
