McKenzie played with South Launceston seniors and was Tassie Mariners U/18 captain for 2011. Won the MVP for Division 2 and best player for Tassie and named as a AA player. He was invited to test out at state screening.

Stands at 177cm and is a genuine footballer who knows how to win the football and what to do with it. Apparently tested well at the state combine.

He could not have done any more to show his talent at the national championships. Unfortunately did not get enough interest to get an invite to National Combine.

I was wondering what opininions are on this player, as it would be fantastic if he got picked up.

Don't really see him as an AFL player but everything they say about his character, work ethic and leadership is spot on. he's a ripper of a bloke that will give his all. Thin draft so you never know i guess.
