Anyone brave enough to head along to this game?

With my aunt wanting to see Wicked, it was either this game or Geelong, and the flights were cheaper this weekend, so I'm breaking my Etihad/MCG pattern (if you count the 2005 International Rules match at Etihad) and going to 2 consecutive games at Etihad.

I must be the only person to have had a positive experience with Tiger. They were great Monday morning when I flew back, best legroom out of all the airlines IMO.

u must of had a different plane to me...being 2 metres tall i felt as though u was nearly better of standing up the whole way....

Maybe sitting on an emergency exit row helped as well (they offered it to me at check-in at no extra charge).

Qantas' leg room on the other hand was shocking. Mind you, I'm flying them to Melbourne again for the St Kilda game (I purely go on whoever can offer the cheapest fares).

the first time i flew tiger i asked to be upgraded only to be told by the lady that needed a good root, i would have to pay 30bucks..which would of doubled the fare....so the next time i didnt even bother asking and to my amazement i was given seat 1a, the whole row to myself!!

How bad is having big and/or long legs on domestic flights.

I had one mofo put his chair back before take off and I lost my mind.

He didn't put it back the whole flight then ;)

I'm only 175cm so you'll probably just dismiss my comments, but the legroom is not THAT bad. Surely you'd rather one cramped hour on a plane over 7 or 8 hours in a car. Get over it.

I go from one extreme to the other - from a corporate box last week to level 3 General Admission this week (mind you, Level 3 is better than Level 1 at Etihad).

Looking forward to the game it's going to be a ripper.
