Everything is coming along nicely. Sure, we haven't done as well as we shouldve in the midseason, but the intensity and players coming back in recent weeks should stand us in good stead for the coming weeks.

Almost a full list side with the underdone fellows having a week or two under their belt. The sides we have beaten have been average but that helps build chemistry, unity and confidence. Sandi is taking marks, Schammer and Bellie are gaining touch and Grover and Mundy have stepped up a level. Medhurst has shown the desire and Farmer is coming back. We should beat richmond and from there who knows.

So as the title suggests all is going as well as it possibly could at this stage. From all this the only thing missing is a player bigger than Parker given the job in the backline to nul the monster forwards. With McPharlin and Pav forward I am happy that CC has gone with an attacking philosophy. Lets put our players in there best positions and think about opposition matchups as a secondary focus.

The encouraging thing to me is that it has not been the same players starring every week for the last few.

We have not played our best footy yet by a fair way.

It has been only the last few weeks where Carey has given black the media kudos he deserves. Blackie has played with a purpose and desire which was contrary to speculation with the news his partner was the reason for leaving. Blackie has shown the way with aggression towards evry contest and we, for those who likw to keep score, are well ahead as far as the simmonds, fiora blac trade scenario gos.
