is it true his career may be over due to a back injury, or is the Victorian Press hyping up a situation.

Hope its the latter.

Either way what a great player Tommy has been for the club, and it will be a shame for him to go out this way :(

I cant really see him playing another year and it will be sad to see him go. He was always one of my favourites. Peter Matera is the same age as well and might also call it quits this year. Who will replace them? Munro looks a bit like a Matera to me and Kemp...Humm maybe?

On the news tonight Dean Kemp said he would only continue if he was able to play to a certain level. It reminds me about how Brett Heady fihished his career in pain.
Lets hope he can continue.

:( I hope he can continue as he is an absolute champion and the captain. Matera looks great though, no reason for him to retire.

Funny though that McKenna had an awesome 99 won club champion and then was injury riddled in 2000 and forced to retire. Kemp last year had a great year and was unlucky to miss all australian and club champion and then again the follow up year he is injury riddled and looks to be also forced out of football.

God dammit :(
