Done a great job at St Kilda, handling all their general affairs (mainly new coaching position.)

Just wondering if any of you have posted that he is coming back to Carlton.

I have in on top authority he will be appointed in the football department very soon - has this been announced yet?

I hope you're right but my mail was we'd missed him via not getting our shiit together in time to make him a firm offer. He's a sensational footy brain and would be a great asset. Let's hope we're still in the running.

Like you cfc05, I thought he did a great job as St Kilda's head of football/list manager prior to the announcement of their newly appointed senior coach in Ross Lyon. Don't we have a football manager?? Correct me if I'm wrong but, I think that it's just Grant Williams who handles everything in our football department. Com'on down Ken, we need you at the Blues!!! Hopefully we do the smart thing and get him down to the club.

That is correct bluesfan. As much as I hate to say this, I think we can learn something from Port and Collingwood. Having appointed both Peter Rhode and Neil Balme respectively, they can act as a good link between the Footy Department and The Board.

Straight swap for Goddard.

They may have been targeting Stevens to replace Harvey if he retired and I doubt this board would have the foresight to trade an ageing player.
