I have already pretty much made up my mind. Just seeing other peoples opinions

Kerr is the obvious better choice atm, but with Fletcher to come back and likely Ben Cousins later on, i am unsure if he can maintain an average thereabouts of what he is currently on.

Also Peter Burgoyne, im thinking he is probably going to follow his trend of injury or suspension. Although he is tempting at his current price.

You can call this a "tell me who should i get thread", but it's not, i just want to see if other people have the same opinion as me, or a different view to the choice i made.
Cheers

ive had both since the start, you cant go wrong with either. Dont think the inclusion of fletch will makes kerr score any lower, n dont count on cous being back for a while.

Both probably in career best form.

Yeah im pretty sure it won't but have a look at his average last year and even the year he came runenr up in the brownlow, all the starts were there and he averaged 77.
Although he has shown signs he is playing alot better footy than he ever has.

Thompson, haven't seen alot of him but he sneaks under the radar with very consitant scores and and the game he scored 75 was mainly due to the 4 Free kicks he gave away. He has only improved his average significantly over the last 3 years
Also throwing abit of variety in there with Thompson as only round 4000 have him

It's hard to argue against Kerr atm. I had him last year and regret that I didn't pick him aat the start of this season. He will always benefit by Judd's presence in that the opposition will always tag Judd and may not have as good a quality second tagger for Kerr. Kerr also appears to be more disciplined this season.

P Burgoyne is in a similar position with his brother getting the number one tagger but is more injury prone. I picked him to be one of this years break away performers but then cut him from my list when he didn't make round 1.

Thompson is an interesting one. He too benefits from the opposition having to tag Goodwin and Edwards and also appears to be more disciplined this season giving away less free kicks. He has a good engine a runs all day and his ineffective disposals don't impact DT scores. The point Juddy88 made about not many people having Thompson in their team is a valid one if yoiu want to differenciate yours.

Out of these 3 choices Kerr is the safer bet. Thompson is perhaps the better stategic choice. I faced a similar choice when Nick Stevens was ruled out for the season and chose Lewis from the Hawks.

Good luck.
