Just to let you all know that there is life after AFL!

Kieran Dyas played for Armagh today in the prelim. round of the Ulster hampionship as the deafeted Derry in Derry. He came on in the second half nd held his own as Armagh ran out easy winners. The good news is that he appears to be overcoming the non stop injuries that marked his time in Oz.

Marty Clarke is also playing good football but his Down side do not play for another couple of weeks.

Heard reports Kevin only recently feeling like he is finally 100% fit again after his horrible hamstring injury from almost 2 years ago (take note Saints serious hammys take a long time) so best of luck to him.

BTW dont get excited about knocking off Derry, huge underacheivers in Ulster they were never going to get past Armagh even playing at home.

Not getting too excited - along way to go but Armagh did not really have to work too hard to beat them - next up Monaghan in a month!
