King on a Half Forward Flank?

If there was something we could take out of last night, i thought it was King's pressure and the constant annoyance of the blokes he was on.

I think our team lacks a forward harrasser, somebody who can lock the ball in the forward line and tackle the shit out of the oppositions defence and keep it in there. I reckon Kingy would be perfect on the Half Forward Flank, not to kick goals, but to keep the pressure on even in our own forward 50, and try and lock it in. He could also do a number on those opposotion launching pads "McLeod, Gilbee, Mattner etc"

I agree Tugga. These are the games that sort out the 'mature' players. King is not up to it and Sugar should bow out gracefully at the end of the year. I couldn't believe it when King was chosen out of the three emergencies. At one stage he was on Milburn FFS. He looked like a small toy!

Terrible decision to bring him in and even worse to play him on a forward flank. Is way too short to be able to run and mark on the lead (especially with the way our team pass the ball)

Agree. Just doesn't make sense. We gotta see what Meyer has got.
