Time will tell but the Suns won't over pay for him. Seems to be some smoke around rumors of Caddy to Vic, pick and player to Crows and Tippett to Suns. Personally I don't care either way, while he would be handy I would rather see us get games into our young forward Day / lynch / Dixon etc

Didn't hear it personally, but apparently on 5AA, Crows Football Opeations guy Phil Harper was saying that Kurt's management team had asked for a contract to be given to Kurt/them from the Crows.

Kurt was here on the Coast whren Adelaide had the bye discussing his future with his family , from all reports he loves the Coast and is desperate to come back , but is torn with Adelaide now looking the goods again , this is very much in the Boak mould where he isn't after big bucks but the desire to move back home but is torn to be loyal with his team . My opinion is we wont hear anything on this till the end of the season.

I think the media are sick of trying to speculate Crows players and have given up. All the ones they predict to go, have ended up staying, whilst guys like Davis and Gunston have slipped right past them and caught them all blindsided. Now they've had the good sense to just shut up until they get some half decent intel. Even Rucci was tip-toeing around it, being very non-committal about Kurt's intentions, merely stating there might be cause to worry. Its been a nice relief from the hysteria of previous years.

By 'his family' you must mean his parents, because his brother Joel lives with him in Adelaide and his girlfriend plays netball for Adelaide lightning. As a 25 yr old would you rather live with your brother and girlfriend or your parents??? The only temptation for Tippett is the location.

Adelaide is a much better side than Brisbane or Gold Coast, they have a better coaching group, greater chance of short term success, he has an important role here at the club and is well paid.

The Gold Coast will always be there when he retires. He'll still be a young man when he retires (30-32 years old), plenty of time to enjoy the Gold Coast.

I think he'll definitely re-sign for 2-3 years and again reassess a that time.

I think that is only part of it, the major part being that the tiser also is crows bias and the crows fans will buy more papers if it says he is staying. You would think he would stay though if Crows keep there current form up
