Need a laptop, compatible with Windows somewhere around this price range. It is for my mum who is setting up a business but also personal use as well.

Any help would be appreciated :):thumbsu:

$2000 will get your mum a very sweet Windows lappy, or you could get a Macbook for the same price and run both OSX and windows software on it. Really just depends on if she needs to do that for her business.
Most business' use windows so that may be the way to go. I like the new range of Dells and Toshiba's. But if she needs the versatility of both systems get a Macbook. :thumbsu:

Both systems run a virtual VM so it's back to square one on that one:cool:

This is a tough one James as both systems will do the same thing albeit differently!

It all depends on which way your preferences are?
If she is a tad computer savvy then I would say Windows; otherwise Mac for the more "point and Click" method:cool:

If her intentions are business then Windows all the way.
If general use is point and shoot then Mac;;;;;horribly amateurish OS but I guess it's caught the eye of..............shall one say..............the amateurs
