Must credit BlueMoose with this call. Madden was one of the greatest ruckmen ever so it is a big call. Personally, I disagree, I think Laycock will be the next Paul Madden (Simons older brother and apparently much better, just wasn't interested).

Thoughts on this exciting prospect. BTW also think Cartledge will be an absolute gun.

I think Cartledge will eventually be our number one ruckman. Hille and Laycock will play up forward and as backup ruckmen.

Laycock is a huge talent and could be as successful as Madden.

i saw cartledge against werribee and he looks the goods. He has a nice leap and taps it to his teams advantage. Laycok looked lazy but he seems to have put a few good games together and the selectors have taken notice. we have a great future in the big man department.
