That's not true. Someone just misheard something that Sheeds said in his press conference on Wednesday. Johns problem is his ankle and from what I know it just didn't quite come up for this week, should be fine for round 3... fingers crossed.BarnardTheHumanTank said:Also heard Courtney Johns is out for another 2 weeks with a hamstring strain. Is he ever going to get it right!
I think Longy may mean more of a "Watson" style makeover rather than a "Cupido" dead loss perhaps. Not sure, but certainly if Laycock's laconic style of play is mirrored on the training track he could work harder.marcuz said:You're not saying he suffers from the "Cupido" syndrome are you longy?..All talent, no drive and intensity.
Longy413 said:After last nights events on the Footy Show, I'm not saying anything
But if I was to say something, I would say Jason could work a little harder.

Would that be right, longy?

marcuz said:Well if Rioli can use injury as an excuse to be a little out of shape then im sure Laycock can use the same. Its amazing what one full pre-season can do to a player's body shape.
Longy413 said:At the end of last season Monfries and Laycock had the same operation. One was up and running a long time before the other.
marcuz said:Didnt laycock also have an op on his knee as well as the shoulder?
Longy413 said:Yeah, but that was after the shoulder and after the practice matches had started (I think).
I'm pretty sure Monfries was running around and Laycock was still recovering from the shoulder op when he had the knee op.
Warrack Eagles said:Paddy ryder looks the goods really impressive last week i thought in the ruck he can jump good feeling about him. Laycock and him in tandem in the ruck would be awsume, Hope to see him back soon.
Courtney Johns i only saw one of his games last year. Has he been round for a while? And is he any good didnt look to flash last year.
