This probably isn't for me to say, as I am a very very new coach, but as far as I could see the league B&F has no name (correct me if I'm wrong). I don't know if this is intentional or if the topic just never really came up.

Some names I thought of for the awards.

League Best & Fairest
Swan Medal: named after the prolific Dane Swan, the first ever 'Fantasy Pig' and someone who I'm sure has racked up points in this competition
Williams Medal: named after the similarly prolific Greg Williams

League Rising Star
Buckley Medal: the Rising Star winner with the best Fantasy score over their career, and a legend of the game to boot

I'd be more inclined to name them after some of the coaches who are renowned for their achievements within this league.

Most league best and fairests are named after administrators (Magarey, Brownlow, Nichols) so perhaps the fightingfury_88 Medal?

If we were to rename it, my first choice would be the Russian medal. He ran this game a lot longer than I have and was heavily involved in setting it up in the first place.

I second that then. Sounds a bit better off the tongue too.

There are plenty of people you could name awards after.

Examples.
The GeeCat Trophy, awarded to the Premiers
The Russian Shield, awarded to the Minor Premier
The sante Cup, awarded to the Runner Up
The fightingfury_88 Medal, awarded to the B+F
The <insert name> Plate, awarded to the wooden spooner
The <insert name> Golden Boot, awarded to the highest goal kicker

You could leave a few blank so that they can be honoured later.
