Lebron vs 'Melo

Until Melo's absolute shocker they were both averaging similar numbers apart from assists. But you expect that as Melo is a SF/PF compared to Bron being known for his point skills. Both were hovering around 17 and 7, although not sure what Melo's averages are now after his 2 points and 0 rebounds in Denvers loss yesterday.

I think both will have solid outing because both want to prove themselves. It's harder picking the winner IMO, Denver have shown more all season but Cleveland have to break the duck sooner or later.

Melo to come back after 1-13 shooting today, netting 24 points as the Nuggets win by 3

I hate the term "netting" It always sounds like the person who is saying it, knows little about basketball. Not suggesting you know little thehardaway, im just saying.

It's like the ESPN hosts, when they are rounding up a football match. I heard them talking about a recent champion league football match and they called it a soccer game :D Using terms that Mutu (example) kicked 2 goals in the win :D

Ahhh americans.

Collecting?
Gathering?
Scoring?

I dont know, it's just the lingo. Like scoring 24 points, or dropping 24 points, collecting and gathering are lingo terms for rebounds.

So Anthony dropped 24 points and collected 12 boards. Things like that. The ESPN lot are the worst though, when they talk about soccer. Also female commentators when commentating on the NBL or WNBL. Shockers...

The term "net" in this instance is more the accounting term than the thing that dangles beneath the basket. In that regard it makes perfect sense.

Whilst watching the cricket, an update came up for Fox Sports News, amongst the updates was one about how "James LeBron" and his Cavaliers are struggling.

Deadset clueless.

I think Jod has finally lost it, in fear that he has no excuses for losing this week :D

:D

Your schedule is killing me. Put me in a huge hole today with your entire team on court. Ive only got 3 on court tomorrow aswell to try and make a dent in your lead. Best I can hope for is a 6-3 loss this week.....

sure, anthony outscored lebron, but lebron had a far more complete game.

only problem is, the cavs lost ;)

Maybe this makes it more clear

Anthony (Nuggets) 1
James (Cavs) 0
