I've got a HP Pavilion notebook with Vista, and a Lexmark All-in-One P6210 (6200 series) printer but still can't get the printer to work. It is becoming a pain in the ass considering my back up computer (on XP) has no USB as its completely stuffed, so to print, i must use this.
I have downloaded a 6250 driver, (closest that is offered), but never has worked, numerous times tried.
I did one day get the driver installed simply through the USB function (connected and automatically installed drivers), however, it then was online, but no communication
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I can't tell you how many times I've looked for help and buggered around with folders manually but finally got it working. Some Lexmark printers don't automatically delete spool files. I did attempt to delete spool file but didn't allow me, however you must delete files inside the '2' and/or '3' folders in the spool directory, but the folders can't be deleted themselves.
