Life...........Stinks for me!!!

I can't even sleep, I think I have only had 2 hours sleep in 3 days! too worried about my future.

Anyway, Since I was 12 I wanted to be a Park Ranger but instead I was forced into a career of Administration/Receptionist type crap by certain family members for certain reasons. Well, that has recently turn out to be a huge amount of garbage ie currently looking for another job!

Hmmmm......I did do some Employment Consultancy for a while which wasn't all that bad, might have to settle for that!!

Don't I sound like a Grumpy Old Sea Hag!!!!

Well i'm starting at Bachelor of Science at Monash Uni next week, hopefully i'll end up in Marine or Environmental Science. Up until year 12 i never really had much idea of what i wanted to do.... I'll let you know in 3 years time if its where i want to be!

I could just see my self doing that for a living, how interesting life would be!

I think its amazing that you need to pretty much decide your career when you are 16 or 17 and decide what you want to do at Uni. But how many people go to Uni and don't use their qualification or realise that it wasn't really what they wanted to do. Is 16 to young to make these decisions?

Most people I know who have a degree have moved on to different careers as they didn't realise until they got out in the real world what they wanted to do with their life.

You are not too young to set your goals in life.

I am doing what I wanted to do because it will set me up to gain the money that I want and the job that I want. I am studying at the moment so that I can get into the work that I want. I want to do web design.
