limericks

[Methuselah]

Frodo's limerick for a signature reminded me of many I had heard, and most of which cannot be repeated here. The first limerick I was ever taught, came from my gran when I was boy of 10years old, I thought it was pretty good and have never forgotten it.

There was a young man from Australia
Who painted his bum like a Dahlia
Tuppence a smell,
Was all very well,
But penny a lick was a failure!

She was not your typical gran I must admit.

Who acted like a floozie
She annoyed a lot of people
who thought she was evil
but is really Cameron Schwab's daughter

If you dared criticise her
you'd be called immature
And she was a very annoying person who annoyed the hell out of everyone and would never shut the hell up.

Hmm, maybe the last line needs a bit of work?
