Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be many out there unless you use the major betting websites as a relevant guide.
Betfair is one site that can give you indications on individual wagers made on games but I assume your trying to gain a little inside knowledge before making your bets?

I know a couple good ones for American sports as you'd know...the Yanks are pretty full-on when it comes to gambling and their sports.
