I love the form of these 2 this year, 2 players in our top 10 for sure, and both could be considered top 5.

Agree, it's great to see two mplayers who have been maligned to some extent now getting recognition for their sterling efforts this season.

Ling is back to his best, playing the role he does bests, he can do that now as we have a fitter Gaz Jr, Corey, Kelly, Chapman and of course young Selwood to be the playmakers, while Lingy can concentrate on nullifyimng his direct opponent, then embarrasing them by chipping in with a goal or two.

Ottens is giving us first use of the ball, and if he doesn't he's there tackling in the contest and providing a target around the ground. He's been a star also, and since he and Blake have double-teamed idn the ruck, we have won 11 in a row. Kudos gratefully given!!

Ling should be an AA selection this year. Ottens has been great also.

Agree with all that's been said. My biggest concern with Otto is that his kicking for goal has really gone downhill of late. I get sick of hearing the commentators (on the telly, usually) saying what a great kick for goal he is - I think he has 11.9 or 10 this year. Apart from that, he has been outstanding in the ruck. Hopefully his goalkicking will improve - at least he's not being relied upon to kick them for us to be competitive - unlike in previous years.

Ling has been sensational. As I posted elsewhere, he should be AA this year.

They are still waiting for us to fall over. Both have been good - Ling, outstanding in his negating role while still kicking the odd magic goal. But the improvement has been even across the team, I believe.
