Little Help Please

Alright I got my new PS3 this arvo and have been playing GTA4. However thought I would give it a go online. Filled out all my WEP Key and stuff and all seemed to be working fine, I then ran a system update however it failed. So I ran the test it it couldn't find me IP.

Now It isn't a problem with the PS3. It's something to do with my internet as I had the same problem with my Laptop, would connect through Netgear then it wouldn't be able to find my IP. However the other PC runs fine.

Any help would be great!

Pretty sure you need to turn your modem/router off and then turn it back on after about 30 seconds and it will find an IP address.

No I ended up entering everything manually and it worked but now the connection is failing lol. No luck as yet. Something to do with a DNS Server error. I am begining to think it may be something to do with my internet router. It's a Motorola SBG900 Wireless SURFboard Gateway. I think thats a router anyway
