That's a shame.

Was looking forward to seeing what had become of Roo Stewart and the critics haven't been overly critical.

I heard that Margaret Pommerance woman from "At the Movies", she said it was the best movie she'd seen all year.

Then again any crap movie she'll say is great, and any movie with the slightest hope of making money she'll bag from pillar to post.

Nothing wrong with the performances - they're fine.

Just that an undercooked script lets down a local film.

Again.

For some reason, Australian filmmakers are averse to dramatic structure.

They seem to confuse it with formula.

Or, they just don't know what it is.
