Looking ahead.

I know that there is still 11 games of footy left and we shouldn't be getting to excited about the next month.

But I am going to look ahead....

Rnd 12 - Hawthorn, (TD) we will be favourites.

Rnd 13 - Richmond (TD), we will be favourites.

Rnd 14 - Sydney at Optus Oval, will be tough.

Rnd 15 - Port Adeliade (AAMI), hard.

Rnd 16 - Kangaroos (OO), 50/50.

Rnd 17 - Geelong (TD), will be tough.

Rnd 18 - Fremantle (OO), will be favourites.

Rnd 19 - Essendon (MCG), we always lift.

Rnd 20 - West Coast (SU), hard.

Rnd 21 - Melbourne (OO), will be tough.

Rnd 22 - Collingwood (MCG), we can do it again.

I know I am looking ahead to far, but there is nothing else to do. If we beat Hawthorn and Richmond - and you would think that we are good enough too, we would be on a roll, confidence high and tails up.

But if we lose those two, things will turn disasterous.

Out of the next 11 games, we could win 9... thats a big figure, and it would be great if we could do that.

Let me leave you with this note...

Huge call... but if we did win 9 we'd be a certainity for the finals.

It is a huge call, and probably unlikely.

No game is a definate win, but every game is achievable.

Uhh Ohhh - I'm doing the same thing & getting ahead of myself as well, but hey - we just had an inspirational win, so if it all goes to hell, I'll call it a moment of dillusion due to our great game against the Crows.

We should win the next 2 - that will take us to 6 wins & only 2 away from the 8 that I hoped for at the start of the season.
Perhaos we can even better that.

So right or wrong, presuming we are on 6 wins with 9 rounds to go, we should be able to eek out at least 2 wins against any of the below opposition;
Kangas
Freo
W.C.
Pies.
If we pinch one from outside of this group - that would be sensational.

personally, I think we are on track for the 8 wins, anything above that would be an incredible effort considering where we came from & the lows we have sunk to during the year.

i think thats a big call

i know that freo dont play to their ability in melbourne but they are still a quality team

i not saying that we wont have a chance im just saying that we wont start favourites atm
